What do I wear?

1

Feel free to dress to the nines! Culturally, Bengali wedding guests do not wear white, black, or red, so please refrain from these colours. However, for men, black suits are acceptable.
Traditional Desi garb is highly encouraged for all but it’s absolutely fine if you prefer otherwise, but please come in colour to celebrate with vibrancy. See the ‘Vibe’ tab for more info on dress code.

Can I bring the kids?

2

This is an adults-only affair apart from our nephew.

Can I bring a guest with me?

3

Only if they were formally invited on the wedding invite.

Is there a hotel block?

4

No.

There are several options for accommodation nearby including airbnbs and hotels around Bowral, see the ‘Travel’ tab for more help. We will be staying onsite at Bendooley Estate which has a handful of accommodation options.

If you need assistance, please reach out mridula.amin@outlook.com or renganv@gmail.com

Is there parking and transport services?

5

Yes, there is plenty of available parking at Bendooley Estate, right next to the Book Barn. See map.

Rideshare services like Uber aren’t as well-serviced in the Southern Highlands but taxi services are fairly reliable. If you may need one, please let us know via the ‘RSVP’ tab form.

When should I RSVP by?

We’d appreciate if you can confirm your attendance by May 2026.
